The torrential rains of recent days are easing to give way to atmospheric stability, which will persist during the weekend, even if the province of Huelva (Andalusia) is still under orange rain alert, reports the National Meteorological Agency (AEMET) on its website.
The province of Huelva has an orange warning (significant risk) for storms and rains that will accumulate 30 liters per square meter in one hour or 80 liters in twelve hours in points along the coast and in the regions of Andévalo and Condado, while in Aracena there is a yellow level due to precipitation of 20 liters in one hour.
The Meteorological Agency also warned of the formation of waves on the coast of Huelva, with a probability of between 40 and 70 percent.
All alerts in the province of Huelva will be active until 3:00 p.m. peninsular time, without any type of alert.
In Cádiz there is a yellow level due to storms and rains on the coast, which will accumulate 20 liters in one hour or 60 liters in twelve hours; In Granada, Almería and Málaga there is an alert, also yellow, for easterly winds with intervals of 50 to 60 km/h (force 7) and waves of 3 meters.
With the orange alert there is a significant weather risk, with a certain degree of danger for usual activities, and with the yellow alert there is no weather risk for the general population, although there is exists for certain specific activities.
