On the coast of Barcelona and Tarragona, up to 20 liters per square meter will accumulate in one hour, according to the latest forecasts from the National Meteorological Agency (AEMET) on its website.
Precipitation levels will be similar in mountainous areas of Aragon such as the Pyrenees of Huesca, as well as in Girona and on the coast of this Catalan province, in addition to the pre-coastal area and Empurdán.
It will also rain heavily in Extremadura, especially in the province of Cáceres, where the rain will leave up to 15 liters per square meter in an hour.
Maximum temperatures will increase in the eastern interior of the peninsula, in Galicia and the Canary Islands, with drops on the northern plateau and without major changes in the rest. Minimums will increase in the northwest quadrant of the peninsula, in the mountains of eastern Andalusia and east of the Canary Islands, with predominant decreases in the rest.
