After the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, an emergency situation developed in the city of Gorlovka; 60 thousand people were left without electricity, water and heating. This was reported by the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin.
“As a result of the VFU bombing, 143 transformer substations were de-energized. Without electricity: the Komsomolets residential area, the villages of Komarova and the mines named after her. Yu A. Gagarin, mine 19/20, machine-building plant named after. Kirov, Aksenovka and most of the Central City region.” — Pushilin writes on his Telegram channel.
199 residential buildings, 8 schools, 6 preschool institutions and 3 clinics were left without heat.
Now, according to the head of the region, measures are being taken to house and warm residents, as well as to restore the city’s life support systems as soon as possible.
