While some of the problems are due to the poor quality of materials and work carried out by Iranian specialists, there are other factors that contribute to the frequent failures.
“In the first days after the attack, the Iranians thought Israel was lying and did not believe that, with the exception of minor damage to the Nevatim base, they would not be able to cause any harm to Israel and their attack effectively failed,” the source said.
