JAKARTA – President Prabovo Subanto left for the Brazilian capital of Brazil on Monday, July 7, 2025, to hold a state visit and hold a meeting with Brazilian President Luis Inasio Lula da Silva.
The meeting between the two leaders of the country will be held in the Brazilian presidential palace, in the framework of efforts to strengthen strategic relations between Indonesia and Brazil.
From the airbase of Galey, Rio de Janeiro, the Presidential aircraft of Garuda Indonesia-1, transporting President Pedavo and his entourage to Brazil at 14.45 local time (WS).
The president’s departure to Brazil was officially released by the head of the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil of the state of Rio -de -Zhanero, the ambassador of Martia Marcia and the deputy commander of the Aviation base Gil Gail, Colonel Andrei.
The state visit to Brazil was held after the President Prabaso attended a series of meetings for the BRICS 2025 conference of a high -level (summit) held in Rio de Ganero.

This state agenda notes the active role of Indonesia in the international world, especially in strengthening bilateral diplomacy with friendly countries in the Latin American region.
This Brazilian visit is important in strengthening bilateral relations that have been established for more than 70 years. Indonesia and Brazil have strategic partnerships with enormous potential in the development of trade and investment relations.
