An airstrike alert has been declared in the Poltava, Kirovograd, Sumy, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov regions of Ukraine, according to data from the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
According to the resource, in the Sumy region the alarm has been ringing for more than 6.5 hours, since 7:42 pm Moscow time on Friday. In the Poltava region, air raid signals began to sound from 00.32 Moscow time, in the Dnepropetrovsk region – from 01.11 Moscow time, in the Chernigov region – from 01.41 Moscow time on Saturday . In the Cherkasy and Kirovograd regions, the alarm was announced almost simultaneously – at 02.17 and 02.18 Moscow time, respectively. In the Kharkov region, the air raid signal sounds from 02.28 Moscow time.
The Russian Armed Forces began attacking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was behind the Ukrainian special services. Attacks are being carried out on energy facilities, defense industry, military command and communications throughout the country. Since then, airstrike alerts have been announced every day in Ukraine’s regions, sometimes throughout the country.
