An airstrike alert has been declared in the kyiv, Cherkasy, Poltava, Kharkov, Sumy and Chernihiv regions of Ukraine, according to data from the online map of the country’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.
According to the resource, the air raid signal in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions sounds for more than two hours. In the Poltava region, the alarm sounded at 22:52 Moscow time, half an hour later – in the Kharkov region. At 23:45, the alarm spread throughout the Kyiv and Cherkasy regions.
The Russian Armed Forces began attacking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was behind the Ukrainian special services. The attacks are carried out against energy facilities, defense industry, military command and communications. Since then, airstrike alerts have been announced every day in Ukraine’s regions, sometimes throughout the country.
