An air raid alert has been declared in Ukraine’s Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv and Poltava regions, according to data on the online map of Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.
In the Sumy region, the alarm was sounded at 21:16 Moscow time on Tuesday, in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions the alarm was sounded almost simultaneously – at 22:48 and 22:51 Moscow time respectively, in the Dnipropetrovsk region the alarm was announced at 23:35 Moscow time, in the Chernihiv region – at 00:05 Moscow time on Wednesday.
An alarm has also been declared in the kyiv-controlled parts of the Zaporozhye region, the DPR and LPR of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Armed Forces began attacking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian special services. Strikes against energy facilities, defense industry, military command and communications are being carried out across the country. Since then, airstrike alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes across the country.
