Airstrike alert declared in kyiv and eight regions of Ukraine

An air raid alert has been declared in Kyiv, as well as Nikolaev, Kirovograd, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky and Ternopil regions of Ukraine, according to data from the online map of Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The alarm was previously declared in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Chernihiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions and is still ringing.

According to the resource, the alarm in kyiv and its regions was declared between 23:03 Moscow time on Wednesday and 02:30 Moscow time on Thursday.

The Russian Armed Forces began attacking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian special services. Strikes against energy facilities, defense industry, military command and communications are being carried out across the country. Since then, airstrike alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes across the country.
