Víctor de Aldama confessed before Judge Ismael Moreno to having paid commissions in cash to José Luis Ábalos and Koldo García.
The commission agent clarified that payments were always made in bank notes and that it was he himself who brought the commissions to the Ministry of Transport.
Ábalos received 250,000 euros in cash and Koldo received 100,000 euros in bribes for the contracts investigated.
