Víctor de Aldama asked for his release to judge Santiago Pedraz, who is investigating him for VAT fraud on hydrocarbons for which he is currently in preventive detention. The businessman made this request after having voluntarily testified in the “Koldo case”, in which he is also involved, this Thursday, in an appearance during which he pointed the finger at Pedro Sánchez and the number three of PSOE, Santos Cerdan.
Aldama, who was transferred from Soto del Real prison to testify before the National Court, affirms that he collaborates with justice. At the moment, Judge Pedraz has requested a report from the anti-corruption prosecutor, which is the same in both cases.
