Aldama negotiated with Delcy Rodríguez the transfer of 70 million gold bars from Moscow to Caracas via Zambia

The vice president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguezand the commission agent Victor de Aldama They negotiated on “issues of great sensitivity” and this demonstrates “the level of representation that Aldama had”, who served as “interlocutor between Spain and Venezuela”. Among these files is the transfer of 70 million dollars in gold from Moscow to Caracas, via Zambia. This is what the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard indicates in the report to which EL ESPAÑOL had access.

In this context, on Aldama’s personal computer there is a photograph of a purchase and sale contract in which the National Development Fund of Venezuela (FONDEN) offers “104 gold bars to BANCASA SA, d ‘a value of 68,498,254.11 US dollars’ (approximately 62,500,000 euros, at the exchange rate).

The UCO report to which this newspaper had access details several messages exchanged between Delcy and Aldama on December 28, 2019. Among them is a screenshot and a PDF file, “both referring to a flight plan departing from Moscow on January 1, 2020 and arriving in Caracas on the 3rd of that month, via Zambia.”

The purchase and sale contract was created on December 27, 2019 and its fourth clause stipulates that delivery of gold must be made between December 27, 2019 and January 6, 2020. Delcy would arrive in Spain shortly afterthe night of January 20, 2020.

In the conversations captured between Aldama and Delcy there is one dated December 29, 2019. Aldama tells him: “I didn’t tell you, it’s the yellow thing, everything is ready and Thursday it goes for 350” (sic).

In this way, says the UCO, “could refer to gold, identified as “yellow”which would leave on Thursday January 2, 2020. Based on these extremes, Aldama would have considered Delcy’s arrival in Spain as a trip of interest for the Ministry of Transport, “even if he would have particular interests in said visit” , he emphasizes. .UCO.

Given these extremes, Aldama would have considered Delcy’s arrival in Spain a trip of interest to the Ministry of Transport, even if the commissionaire would have a particular interest in this visit. In this sense, a document that would have been created by Aldama himself, between 1:59 a.m. and 2:27 a.m. on December 10, 2019, was located on his personal computer. Two minutes after its completion, Aldama sends it to Koldo.

Vine a FITUR. 2.

After Koldo thanked Ábalos for informing Sánchez and, happy to have given his agreement, “he began the ordinary procedures (…) for the visit of any foreign authority”.

También, accedería a una “reunión” en el “despacho [del] boss” and would enjoy an exclusive dinner with members of “Mr. of Health”. On the second day, according to this plan, it was planned by Aldama that Delcy would have several meetings.
