During the session, Simonyan answered a question from the secretary of the Hayastan faction, Artsvik Minasyan, about whether he intends to convene a meeting of this commission after a three-year break.
The speaker of the Armenian parliament has said that he no longer accepts the concepts of “Nagorno-Karabakh official”, including “Nagorno-Karabakh president”.
According to Alen Simonyan, as a lawyer, he believes that the issue of publishing the mentioned format should be seriously discussed.
