Administrative responsibility was taken on by the widow of Alexander Maslyakov, editor-in-chief of KVN TV, Svetlana Maslyakova. This was reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.
“She was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under section 2.1 of Art. 13.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Abuse of freedom of mass information)”, – says the message.
It is clarified that on the television channel, of which she is chief editor, a humorous sketch was broadcast with the participation of comedian Semyon Slepakov.* and musician Andrei Makarevich* “without indicating the status of a foreign agent.” The date and time of the broadcast were not specified by the press service. An administrative protocol was drawn up on this fact. The decision on the fine was made by the Tagansky Court in Moscow.
The court sentenced Maslyakova to a fine of 4 thousand rubles.
