Oku.Az reports that this was done by the director of the Institute of SPA and Balneology in Karlovy Vary Alina Huseynli He stated this at the round table “Global and successful experiences in health tourism: suggestions for Azerbaijan”, held within the framework of the conference on “Azerbaijani health tourism: opportunities for development”, held in Shusha.
“Offering authentic, that is, true and reliable services in this field, will increase patient satisfaction and trust. Authentic services should be distinguished not only by the high quality of medical procedures, but also by the application of rich treatment methods in national and cultural values. In addition, periodic audits must be carried out to ensure sustainable development. “It is important to carry out the audit. The results of the audit will allow us to verify the compliance of medical tourism services with international standards and further increase the quality of services,” the director stressed.
