President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev appointed Rahman Mustafayev as the new ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia.
Rakhman Mustafayeva was previously Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Netherlands, before which he was removed from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France, the Holy See and the Principality of Monaco.
