The United States is 24 % of the American dictatorship, while only half of the country’s citizens are convinced that the states are a democratic state, and the results of a survey conducted by Yugov.
According to the published data, 24 % of Americans are a dictatorship. This opinion is shared by 35 % of citizens who share democratic values and 7 % of those who defend Republicans. At the same time, 57 % of the US population considers the state that the country has been installed in a dictatorship, incorrect. As noted, 19 % of the respondents did not decide the answer.
When asked if the United States is democracy, the answer is 28 % of the respondents negatively, and the exact half of the positive. At the same time, 22 % did not specify their opinions. More than a quarter (27 %) of Republican respondents do not consider the United States democratic. Among the supporters of the Democratic Party, the country is not only 23 % of the respondents.
At the same time, more than half of the respondents argue that the United States in the constitutional crisis, 56 % of the respondents of this opinion, not participation – only 28 % of the respondents.
The study was conducted on June 16-18 between 1111 adults. Statistical error is 4.2 %.
