“Dear residents of Voronezh! Attention, an aerial danger has been declared in the region! If you are at home, you need to take refuge in rooms without windows and with solid walls. This is a hallway, a bathroom, a storage room. If you are on the street, go to the nearest building or appropriate shelter.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
