Air raid sirens sounded in the central Israeli city of Rishon Lezion, the press service of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported.
“Sirens sounded in Rishon LeZion and nearby areas in central Israel,” – the army reported in a message on its Telegram channel.
The military later said it had intercepted “two suspected aerial targets” launched from the east.
