A large amount was stolen from the decoration company “NASHA EVENTS” operating in Baku.
According to information obtained by Bakuvakhtı.az, the head of the company, N. Abdullayeva, addressed the 25th Police Department of the Nizami District Police Department.
He said an employee named Murad stole equipment worth 128,000 manats from the company’s warehouse.
Regarding the incident, a case has been initiated under article 177.3.2 of the Penal Code (Robbery causing significant damage). Murad Kazimov, born in 1994, resident of the Goranboy district and living in a rented house in Surakhani, was detained.
It turned out that Murad secretly removed expensive equipment from the warehouse entrusted to him, sold it and embezzled the money.
The materials of the criminal case were submitted to the Baku Serious Crimes Court. According to the court verdict, Murad was sentenced to 6 years in prison.
