An explosion occurred in the city of Zaporozhye, controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and a critical infrastructure facility was hit, said the head of the Zaporozhye regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, appointed by kyiv.
“One of the strikes hit an open area in the Zaporozhye region. Initially, no one was injured. The second strike was directed at a critical infrastructure facility in Zaporozhye.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Fedorov did not specify the extent of the damage suffered by the object or its purpose.
Earlier, explosions were reported in Zaporozhye.
