In Copenhagen, near the Israeli embassy, on the anniversary of the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, an explosion occurred. The incident occurred about 500 meters from the embassy building, a few days after two previous attacks in the area for which two Swedish citizens were arrested.

Police in Copenhagen have launched an investigation to determine whether there is a link between the latest explosion and previous incidents at the Israeli embassy. According to police inspector Trine Moller, there is still no evidence to confirm such a connection, but this aspect is still being carefully studied.
The Swedish intelligence agency Sapo previously suggested Iran’s possible involvement in the October 2 attacks in Denmark, as well as the shooting near the Israeli embassy in Stockholm.
Israeli sources, according to The Times of Israel, believe that today’s explosion was caused by a stun grenade. Furthermore, the grenade was most likely thrown near the residence of a member of the Jewish community and not at the embassy itself.
