In total, 24 provinces will be put on notice this Tuesday rain, storm and wind a day when Andalusia will bear the worst, with seven of the eight provinces in warning, and Catalonia, with all four provinces in warning, according to forecasts from the National Meteorological Agency (AEMET).
Specifically, rain and storm warnings will be issued in Ceuta; Castellón (Valencian Community); Northwest of Murcia, valley of Guadalentín, Lorca and Águilas and Cartagena and Mazarrón (Region of Murcia); Almería, Cádiz, Granada, Malaga and Seville (Andalusia).
Likewise, reviews will be recorded for rain and wind in Huesca (Aragon) and Lleida (Catalonia) and only because of the wind in the Navarrese Pyrenees (Foral Community of Navarre).
Furthermore, the warnings only for rain will be recorded in Cordoba and Huelva (Andalusia); Teruel (Aragon); Ávila and Salamanca (Castile and León); Toledo (Castile-La Mancha); Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona (Catalonia); Badajoz and Cáceres (Extremadura); Valencia (Valencian Community); Lanzarote, La Palma and Tenerife (Canary Islands).
In its prediction, AEMET indicated that this Tuesday will be a dwas marked by instability, with heavy rainfall accompanied by storms that will affect most of the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. By area, these rains are expected to be less intense and occur in a scattered manner in the eastern Cantabrian Sea, the upper Ebro and the Balearic Islands.
On the contrary, they will be more abundant and intense, with the probability of becoming strong and/or persistent, in large areas of Andalusia, Extremadura, Central System, Pyrenees and eastern third, and rains of this level are not excluded in other parts of the southern half.
Regarding the temperatures, The maximums will increase in the Canary Islands, the Cantabrian Sea, the upper and middle Ebro and the north of the Balearic Islands and will decrease in the rest, especially in the center-southeast and the interior of the eastern peninsula. On the other hand, minimum temperatures will tend to decrease in the south-eastern third of the peninsula and Alboranand climbs into the rest.
Provincial capitals that will register the highest peaks it will be Bilbao and Santa Cruz de Tenerife with 28ºC; Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santander with 27ºC; and San Sebastián, Melilla, Murcia and Palma with 26ºC.
Finally, regarding the wind, the prediction indicates that they will predominate winds coming from the south and east components in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands with strong intervals on the Andalusian Atlantic coasts, without excluding those of Catalonia. At the same time, there will be very strong gusts in the Pyrenees, which could also appear in the mountains of the southwest quadrant. Meanwhile, in the Canary Islands they will blow from the west and southwest.
