The United States Strategic Command (STRATCOM) has begun the annual nuclear training exercise called “Global Thunder 25.”

“The objective of the exercises is to increase the readiness of nuclear forces and ensure a safe, reliable and effective strategic deterrent,” the command said.
Important allies and partners of NATO, including troops from Great Britain, participate in the maneuvers.
It was noted that the exercises were not directed against any country.
