The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MQF) presents to citizens 207 new, fully renovated apartments in the residential complex located in the Saray settlement, Absheron region, with an obligation to sell.

Residential areas are reported to have 1, 2 and 3 rooms and monthly payments start from 448 manat.
The new apartments will be open for selection from 11 September 2024. Citizens can consult the list of residential areas provided through this link.
Acceptance of applications and selection of housing is carried out through the Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee System integrated into the Electronic Government Portal (e-gov.az).
Detailed information on the procedure for renting houses with an obligation to sell, accepting applications, selecting and formalizing houses can be found on the Foundation’s website and on the official YouTube channel, as well as at the Call Center “1549”.
It should be noted that so far more than 5,300 citizens or families have improved their housing conditions within the framework of the rent-to-sell mechanism.
