The State Tax Service (SST), under the Ministry of Economy, imposed financial penalties on another 90 taxpayers engaged in restaurant and retail activities in Baku.
Oku.Az informs that the State Tax Service has published information in this regard.
According to the information, control measures continue to avoid cases of non-cash payments through card-to-card transfers in retail and restaurant establishments. In recent days, violations of the law have been discovered at more than 90 such objects during control measures in Baku. Violations of the law were recorded and appropriate financial sanctions were applied.
“Non-cash payments should be accepted only through the POS terminal, and at this time citizens must be presented with the receipt from the POS terminal, as well as the check from the cash register,” DVX reminded.
It should be noted that, according to official information published on October 31, the State Tax Service of the Ministry of Economy imposed financial penalties on 70 taxpayers who were engaged in restaurant and retail activities in Baku.
