Air defence forces have destroyed a Ukrainian missile in the skies over the Kursk region, according to the acting governor of the region, Alexey Smirnov.
“A Ukrainian missile was destroyed in the skies over the Kursk region during a missile threat this morning. Thanks to the air defense fighters and border defenders.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Since the beginning of the day, a missile threat has been declared in the region three times. Smirnov also reported on the danger of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles.
There is no information on casualties or damage at this time.
