The National Police arrested this Wednesday afternoon a man allegedly involved in the homicide of brother of the former vice-mayor of Madrid, Begoña Villacíson the Fuencarral-El Pardo highway last summer. This would be the third alleged perpetrator whose fate was unknown until now. This is how Group V of the homicides of the aforementioned Corps reports that from the beginning it was investigation.
The events occurred on June 4 at 12:30 p.m. when, after several shots with a firearm, he died. Borja Villacis, 41 years old. After 24 hours of frantic research Officers managed to arrest up to three people. one of them was Kevinson of another of those arrested the same day of the crime, and presumed responsible for the shootings.
It was precisely the Kevin’s mother the first was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the shooting death of Borja Villacís because she was the one driving the car identified by the agents during the first investigations. This new arrest, made in Getafe, would be that of the third person involved in this crime, since it would be one of the three people that some witnesses saw getting out of the BMW. According to this story, they shot at the car where the victim was and they fled quickly. As laSexta learned, the reason for the meeting between the two groups was a previous conflict between two of its members. One had burned the other’s car.
From that moment on, the two clashed and threatening messages were exchanged. It is then that Kevin assures that he will pay for damage caused by car fire. It is unclear whether this encounter became complicated or whether the first intention of the encounter was the tragic outcome that ultimately occurred.
In addition to these arrests, police questioned a third person the day after the crime. He was a man who exercised surveillance functions for the other three detaineesalthough the investigation ruled out that he played a significant role in the crime, so he was released. It was a squatter who allegedly housed the three detainees in his home.
