“The start of the new academic year will bring with it an increase in the intensity of vehicle and pedestrian traffic on the streets and avenues, especially in areas where educational institutions are located.
With this in mind, we ask all drivers to strictly observe traffic regulations, especially drivers who transport pupils to school in private vehicles, not to violate parking regulations and to park their cars in permitted areas so as not to hinder the smooth and uninterrupted movement of other road users.
At the same time, we advise pedestrians not to cross the street or use pedestrian crossings, and parents not to leave small children unattended.
