What conditions must I meet to become an archives and library assistant at Madrid City Hall?
Persons participating in this call must have Spanish nationality or that of a Member State of the European Union; have reached the age of majority; not having withdrawn from the exercise of any administration and being in possession of the title of University degree or diploma, technical engineer, technical architect or equivalent. Likewise, people who apply for the quota for disabled people must have a score of 33%.
When can I submit my application? How can I do it?
The deadline for submitting applications begins on October 4 and ends on the 31st of the same month.

What will the Madrid City Council Archives and Libraries Assistant exams look like?
The selection process will be governed by the opposition, which will consist of three exercises.
In the first of them, candidates must answer a questionnaire 100 multiple choice questions. Correct answers will be considered positive; Those left blank will not count and those who answer negatively will subtract a third of the value of the correct answer.
The second test will consist of develop two topics in writing of groups II, III and IV of the program annexed to the bases. The duration to complete this second exercise will be two hours and no books or reference materials may be used. To succeed in this exercise you will need to obtain at least five points in each of the evolutions.
For its part, the third exercise will consist of solving in writing two practical cases which will be taken from groups II, III and IV of the program annexed to the bases. The way of correcting and marking will be identical to that of the second exercise.
