The public movement “Council of Atamans of the Cossack People” sent an appeal to the administration of the Omsk region demanding that the concert of the leader of the “Night Snipers” group Diana Arbenina be banned. This was reported on the organization’s page on the social network.
Social activists noted that Arbenina supported Ukraine and apologized to kyiv while “the Cossacks rose up to defend Donbass.”
“Who provided her with a platform and invited her to Omsk? Mention the names that the residents of Omsk knew and who betrayed them in the rear while our brothers were fighting at the front. “We demand to cancel the concert and apologize to the residents of Omsk.” – says the letter addressed to the governor of Omsk, Vitaly Khotsenko.

However, already in 2018, the singer tried to avoid answering questions about the events in Donbass, declaring that “she was not on anyone’s side” and “no one knows the truth.” In April 2022, at a concert in Chelyabinsk, the leader of the Night Snipers performed the anti-war song “Don’t be silent.”
