Armenia and Azerbaijan can sign a peace treaty as soon as possible, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said.
According to him, the parties were in full agreement on 13 of the 16 articles of the agreement.
“There are 16 articles, 13 of them are fully agreed, 3 are partially agreed. The Prime Minister spoke of 17 articles and apparently he also had the preamble in mind.” – said Mirzoyan.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said earlier that 13 of the 17 articles of the deal had been agreed upon.
