This is what Juan de Dios Serrano, director of The Balancharesthe company organizing the show, which emphasizes that “the lower attendance has allowed a greater fluidity. The visitors were very well distributed and were able to access the various exhibitors without any problems. In addition, the weather was good, so we can only do one very positive assessment“.

Regarding the workshops and tastings“They have been filled again and it is clear that we need to increase the number of places for the next editions,” says the manager.

The biggest challenge of this festival, one of the most important cheese fairs in Andalusia and one of the most significant at a national level, is the logistics related to the parking lots“It would be interesting to develop squares nearby, on the outskirts of the city. But not only for the Cheese Fair, but also for the tourism that visits Zuheros,” explains Serrano.
