The deceased was reported to be a fourth-year student at Baku State University (BSU).
He studied “Soil Sciences and Agrochemistry” at the Faculty of Ecology and Soil Sciences.
It should be noted that A. Niftaliyeva lost her balance and fell from a height while hanging clothes on the fourth floor of the building where they lived. Although Arzu was taken to the hospital in the city of Mingachevir, his life could not be saved. The deceased was engaged and will be married in the coming months.
The Tartar district prosecutor’s office is investigating the incident.
