Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov confirmed that 10 people were injured as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. TASS reports this today, September 22.
The Ukrainian army shelled one of the villages in Belgorod. The head of the village administration was also injured.
