To this end, he has called a competition of ideas in which a maximum of five proposals will be selected and which 125,000 euros will be distributed in prizes.
This competition must provide a solution to a project, that of Basque pelota interpretation center, in which the Pamplona City Council hopes to invest 6.5 million euros.

The future center will occupy a land of 1,585.4 square meters and among its objectives is “to promote the leading role” of Pamplona in the international baseball worldto be a meeting place for citizens and visitors based on Navarrese cultural heritage, and to be the “gateway” to the baseball programming and activities of the city and its surroundings.
A six-week period is planned for the presentation of ideas, a process that will continue until the end of October, with the selection of up to 5 winning proposals. Its public exhibition and the citizen participation process are planned for November and December.
