At least eight countries have offered Spain to deal with the consequences of the floods, according to a message from the Spanish Ministry of the Interior on Day X. Morocco, Italy, France, Portugal, Turkey, Czech Republic, Greece and Slovenia “they made their means and resources available”according to Madrid.
