At least four peopleincluding two children, am dead when a fuel truck exploded at a gas station in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, as reported by the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry.
Various Russian media outlets have explained that the cause of the explosion could be the detonation from a tanker truck or fuel tank. Firefighters put out the fire, but the area was completely burned.
