Syrian television reported that the attack in the al-Maza area damaged three apartments on a busy street filled with pedestrians, local residents and shops.

Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hadat channel reported that the target of the attack in the Al-Maza area of Damascus was the commander of Hezbollah’s Unit 4400, responsible for smuggling weapons from Iran and its allies.
