JAKARTA – The General Prosecutor’s Office (Back) Assets belonging to the convicted case of corruption in Jivasreye, Benny Tokrosaputor. The asset is located in the form of 59 land plots of a total of 171,663 square meters located in the Bogor region, West Java.
“He was successfully auction in the form of 59 land fields 171 663 m² located in the village of Mekarsari, the Rumpin area, Bogor of Regenia, West Java, the cost of 18,485,713,000 rupees on behalf of the convicted Benny Trrosaputoro,” said Kapusenkum, Garley Sargar, 12/7.
Harley explained that the lands were registered with 59 certificates of rights to use buildings (SHGB), which were registered in the name Pt Chandra Tribina.
The auction was conducted by state assets and the auction office of the state auction administration (KPKNL) on Thursday (10/10/2025), and was held on the Internet through an official website
“This auction was carried out on the basis of the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2937 K/PID.SUS/2021 of August 24, 2021. In the decision, the assets were declared seized for the state, and then auction. The results of the auction were included in the State Treasury, ”Garley explained.
