Authorities could lift restrictions on gasoline exports early

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak confirmed the possibility of a soon lifting of the ban on gasoline exports. According to his words, quoted by RIA Novosti today, November 22, this could happen before the end of the year.

Currently, the government is busy preparing the necessary documentation.

“Will. The documents are being prepared now.” – Novak said.

The Deputy Prime Minister did not mention the exact date: before or not January 1, 2025, since “It doesn’t matter if it is from December 1 or not”.

EADaily recalls that at the beginning of November 2024, Alexander Novak commissioned the Ministry of Energy to study the possibility of implementing a proposal to early lift the ban on the export of AI-92 gasoline, since there was a surplus of this type of fuel in the country.
