Starting today, the first school day begins in general education institutions after the autumn holidays, taking into account holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.
Oku.Az reports that on November 23, classes began in schools that work with a six-day work week, and on November 25, teaching began in schools with a five-day work week.
It should be remembered that according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on the organization of the activities of the country’s educational institutions during COP29, the autumn holidays in general education institutions were from November 12 to 22.
For your information, we would like to inform you that by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers the schedule of autumn holidays in secondary schools operating in Azerbaijan (except for special education institutions) has changed. According to this decision, there were fall holidays from November 12 to 22, 2024 for the general education level. The holidays in secondary schools generally began on November 8 and will last for 17 days until November 25.
