The ex-daughter-in-law of the former chairman of the State Customs Committee, Colonel-General Aydin Aliyev, has made serious accusations against the family. According to Rada Musayeva, the ex-husband of A. Aliyev’s son, Orkhan Aliyev, is using his father’s authority to demand alimony from her. The woman said that the executive called her threateningly and demanded that she bring him 7,200 manat.
Qafqazinfo has sent a request to the Ministry of Justice on this issue.
The institution responded as follows: “According to the ruling of the Sabail District Court of Baku dated July 26, 2024 on a civil case, Rada Musayeva on the maintenance of a minor for the benefit of Orkhan Aydin oglu Aliyev for a period of 3 years from June 2021 to June 2024 alimony in the amount of 7,200 manats, it was decided to immediately execute the ruling in the part of alimony.
The writ of execution related to the execution of the resolution was sent to the enforcement department of the Yasamal district of the city of Baku for execution. The debtor Rada Chingis gizi Musayeva was asked to pay the amount stipulated in the writ of execution, but the debt was not paid. Rada Chingis gizi Musayeva was found guilty of committing an administrative offense provided for in Article 528.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the decision of the Yasamal District Court of the city of Baku dated August 23, 2024 due to the debtor’s failure to pay the amount specified in the writ of execution, and an administrative fine of 500 manats was imposed on her.
It should be noted that Rada Musayeva, the former daughter-in-law of Colonel-General Aydin Aliyev, former chairman of the State Customs Committee, claimed that Orkhan Aliyev, his ex-wife, demanded alimony from her.
