Vox opened the parliamentary course in the Madrid Assembly with immigration as a priority issue. Its parliamentary spokesperson, Rocío Monasterio, warned of an “invasion of immigrants” and demanded that Isabel Díaz Ayuso immediately close all mining centers in the Community of Madrid. The Madrid president accused Vox of acting selfishly and asked if they did not realize that Sánchez is using them to make change in Spain impossible and to stay in power forever.
Ayuso asked Vox if he did not realize what Spain is experiencing, with the restriction of freedoms that Sánchez is planning, including his attempt to intimidate the media and journalists. In this situation, he believes that Vox is trying to seek “more and more concentration, always setting fire to the debate on immigration and lying atrociously.”
The regional president believes that Vox is playing Sánchez’s game because he “makes change in Spain impossible.” And this, Sánchez warned, he knows, “he knows.” That is why he accused Vox of having “eternalized” Sánchez in La Moncloa with his speech.
And for this reason, he continued, Sánchez allows the migration crisis to “multiply” to keep Vox “on top.” “It is not by chance what they are doing, letting the migratory flows spread throughout Spain and then “feed” Vox’s incendiary speeches.”
Ayuso praised the management of the Italian Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, because “she solves this problem by going to the origin, in front of the European Union and against the mafias.”
Ayuso reviewed the reasons that Vox may have for focusing attention on Sánchez: “The embarrassment of knowing that our government is the main collaborator of the Venezuelan dictatorship, the censorship that will weigh on the media against the judges, the freedom to offend Catholics, the freedom that there will be to insult the river of each one while competitiveness sinks and companies sink.
The president asked Rocío Monasterio to stop trying to justify her salary by attacking the PP. He believes that Vox uses the immigration issue only to “focus more and more, always triggering the debate.” “Always lying in an atrocious way and above all making change in Spain impossible.”
