The businessman Alberto Gonzalez Amadorthe boyfriend of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, will demand 20,000 euros from the minister Isabelle Rodriguez after the two parties did not reach an agreement this Tuesday in the conciliation act to which they were summoned.
In a press conference after a meeting of the Council of Ministers, the head of housing and urban agenda criticized González Amador and said that “the majority of Spaniards do not commit crimes to access housing”.
It is for this reason that the businessman, who considers that these remarks undermine his honor, prepared to take legal action. The stage prior to its formalization is the celebration of an act of conciliation, in which both parties try to reach an agreement.
But as usual, it was not so. This Tuesday, on behalf of the minister, a prosecutor appeared at the Court of First Instance number 26 in Madrid. But there was no agreement, so now, according to what legal sources tell EL ESPAÑOL, González Amador will formalize the process in which he will request 20,000 euros in Rodriguez. The act of conciliation therefore remained “testing and without agreement”, in technical terms.
González Amador is under criminal investigation for two alleged crimes of fraud against the Treasury. And Rodríguez, with the aforementioned words, was referring to this case, which began with a complaint from the prosecutor’s office.
This is not the only minister pursued by the businessman for similar facts. It is also Maria Jesus Montero. In her case, neither she nor her legal representative attended the conciliation ceremony, held on October 2.
In the absence of an agreement, González Amador is demanding 40,000 euros for “illegitimate interference with the right to honor and privacy”, given that Montero declared, in front of journalists, that Ayuso could “live in a apartment paid for with fraud.” “.
