Azerbaijan’s national airline AZAL expands international travel opportunities for its passengers within the framework of cooperation with “Ethiopian Airlines”.

Under the partnership agreement signed between the two airlines, passengers now have access to additional routes and more convenient transfers. In addition, within the framework of this cooperation, a single baggage check-in service is provided and the possibility of issuing a single ticket for flights of both airlines is created.
This agreement is an important step in providing a comfortable travel experience to customers of both airlines. Thus, within the framework of cooperation, the need to re-check luggage during transfer is eliminated and travel logistics are simplified. Passengers can now enjoy convenient transfers through airports in the Middle East and Gulf Cooperation Council countries, as well as the Indian subcontinent, simplifying international travel arrangements.
The partnership with “Ethiopian Airlines” further strengthens AZAL’s international presence. The airline continues to cooperate with other airlines to offer its passengers more affordable and comfortable trips.
Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest airline, plays an important role in this cooperation. The airline’s extensive route network covers most COP29 member countries across the African continent.
