The President of Aragon, Jorge Azcón, had a beautiful detail with a woman who gave birth in the Valencian municipality of Catarroja. The chief sent a bouquet of flowers for Aylenwith a message that went viral: “Your son brings hope,” he himself expressed on his social networks.
The humanitarian work carried out by Aragonese volunteers in Catarroja is very fruitful. A week ago, we learned of the moving testimony of Aylen, a pregnant woman who thanked these volunteers for cleaning the street where he lives.
“I spent three days locked up in my house. I’m about to give birth…“, he explained enthusiastically in front of the cameras. “Last night I felt bad, I called a contact in Aragon. The boy was there on the fourth or fifth day and offered me an ambulance at my disposal. At midnight the ambulance sent me to check on myself. Lucas, it’s going to be a little Aragonese.
“He was born tomorrow morning. We are I’m looking forward to it, because now we can at least bring it to a street where there is no garbage, infectious sources or rats. It was the volunteers from Aragon, with their tractors, who removed everything. Like me, there are many people here who are grateful from the bottom of their hearts,” he expressed, with tears in his eyes.
Well, your son was born as expected. The baby is already with her mother and the rest of her family at home and Jorge Azcón wanted to have a detail with her. In fact, from what he could tell OKDIARIOthe president went incognito to this commune on at least two occasions to supervise the work of the operation.

Catarroja: a worthy operation
Since Saturday November 2, all members of the volunteer network of Civil Protection of Aragon They support the operational command post of the Community, located in Catarroja, a municipality in the Horta region, Valencia.
The head of the Security and Civil Protection Service of the Government of Aragon is Jorge Crespoas a national expert to advise you in the face of this emergency. Although the command corresponds to the City Hall, it was decided that Crespo would be the one to coordinate the entire operation.
As for the Aragonese troops, there are some 200 soldiers They work tirelessly to remove mud, vehicles, clean and wash streets or check pipes, sewers and collectors to avoid mud blockages.
Also, as we saw OKDIARIO from the ground, the small municipality continues to fight against dirt. The mud remains intact for almost 200 garages in Catarrojanot only preventing the rescue of vehicles, but also posing a structural risk to buildings.
In the municipality of Catarroja there are currently 557 garages (affected by DANA) and there are another 200 in critical situation. A circumstance shared by many municipalities affected by DANA.
