The Ministry of Finance commented on the increase in income and expenditure of the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2025 by 1.7 billion manats compared to the initial version.

The main reason for this is the need to take measures to respond to Armenia’s large-scale militarization policy.
“Financing of additional costs will be ensured by increasing the transfer from the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan to the state budget by 1 billion manats,” the ministry said.
