Azerbaijan will finance the projected deficit of 3 billion 51.6 billion manats of the state budget in 2025 mainly through borrowing.
Oku.Az reports that this is stated in the report of the Ministry of Finance.
According to the information, the planned borrowing amount is 2.672 billion manats, which will account for 87.6% of the deficit. In addition, the deficit is to be financed with 250 million manats from the balance of the single treasury account, 110 million manats from privatization revenues and 19.3 million manats from the balance of special budget funds.
