Security forces have searched the residence of Vladislav Bakalchuk as part of a criminal case related to the shooting near the Wildberries headquarters in central Moscow, the capital’s law enforcement agencies reported.
“During the investigation, items of interest to the investigation were seized at Bakalchuk’s residence. The searches have been completed.” – the message said.
On September 18, a shooting took place near the market office in central Moscow. As a result of the incident, seven people were injured, including two police officers who responded to a call to suppress illegal actions. Two people died from their injuries.
Bakalchuk was charged under four articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Art. 105 Part 2 – murder; Part 3 Art. 30, Part 1 Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – attempted murder; Art. 317 – attempt on the life of a law enforcement officer; and Art. 330 – arbitrariness.
According to the latest data, the Basmanny Court in Moscow has already arrested 20 people.
